All rates are based on double occupancy per night. There is a $25/night charge for each additional adult/teen and $15/night charge for each additional child. Rates are subject to change without notice, but the rate that was in effect at time of your reservation will be honored for your stay. All lodging rates are subject to a 8% Maine State Lodging Tax.
The amount of the first night's stay per room is due at time of reservation. This deposit will be taken via credit or debit card. The balance is due on checkout and may be paid with debit card, credit card, cash or PayPal. Credit cards we prefer are VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Diners Club® is not accepted.
Because our inn is small, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellation notice of 14 days or more before the reservation date will have the full deposit refunded.
Cancellation notice of less than 14 days will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
Please let us know if you plan to cancel – a no-show without a notice of cancellation will result in your debit/credit card being charged the full balance of the reservation.
Group reservations will require a deposit/payment of the first night per room at time of reservation. The balance of the reservation will be invoiced to the group members or designate, 31 days before the reservation date. This balance is due in full 14 days before the reservation date, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited and group reservation cancelled. Group reservations require 31 days or more notice to cancel in order to have their deposit refunded. Cancellation notice within the 30-day window will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
We require a 3-night minimum reservation for stays that occur during special events, certain dates and holidays. Examples of these include the Fryeburg Fair, parent/camp weekends, leaf season and the Christmas holidays. These minimums will not apply to reservations made within 7 days of your stay.
We are a smoke-free Inn. A $300 cleaning charge may be levied to any guest found smoking within any of the Old Saco Inn buildings. Should you wish to smoke, ashtrays are provided outside the buildings. Please do not litter and please do not smoke near the buildings, the forest, the woodpiles, or other guests.
Well-behaved children are always welcome, but since guests come to the Inn for peace and relaxation, noisy, boisterous, ill mannered, crying, or otherwise unmanageable children may be asked to leave. We do not provide special meals for children.
Sorry, we do not accept pets at this time.
